MIND BODY BOOT CAMP (virtual)

Yoga+Strength+Cardio=Happy BODY/MIND

Mind Body Fitness's signature class, Boot Camp is a unique fitness blend for yogis and fitness buff alike. Each week we explore mindful movements with a fun mash-up of HIIT, strength, cardio, yoga, and more. Men and women of all fitness levels are welcome.

Mind Body Flow is a unique blend of yoga, functional exercise, and mindful meditation. Breathe and flow your way into a deeper understanding of your body and the present moment. All levels are welcome.

MIND BODY FIT KIDS (virtual)

Kids Yoga+Fitness=Happy Little BODIES/MINDS

Similar to our Mind Body Boot Camp for grownups, kids will have a chance to explore different modes of mindful movement. Play is encouraged as we move and breathe our way to a healthy relationship with physical fitness. Each week kids will explore different modes of exercise - HIIT, circuit training, strength, cardio, yoga, and more. Recommended for kids ages 5 to 8 years old.

BACKYARD KIDS YOGA BY REQUEST

This fall book your very own backyard yoga class for kids! This is a safe and fun option for your pod or homeschooling playgroup. Kids can explore the poses and teachings of the yoga practice with or without their adults. Recommended for ages 2 to 10.
