Mind Body Mama @ The Little Red, Dobbs Ferry
Mind Body Mama is a unique fitness class for mamas and their babies. With a perfect balance of yoga, cardio, and strength training, Meghan helps new moms reclaim their bodies. Emphasis is on weight loss and repairing core strength. All classes are 60 minutes in length, and designed for mamas at least 6 weeks postpartum or with doctor's clearance to exercise.
